Anuar Kasim

Managing Director

Anuar is the Managing Director of Aquaspersion (M) Sdn Bhd. He provides leadership to Aquaspersions business in APAC region.

Anuar  brings more than 30 years experience in overall company management, transformation, technical sales and marketing as well as operational excellence. Throughout this career, he has served a number of industries including chemicals, oil and gas, logistics and utilities. He also spent a number of years working in Europe and Latin America prior to joining Aquaspersions.

Shyamkumar Gowrikumar

Head of Finance, Administration and IT

Shyam is Head of Finance. He combines that position with the responsibility for administration and legal affairs. He joined Aquaspersions in early 2022 as the Head of Finance & IT. He has previously held various senior finance positions over the span of 12 years with experience in accounting, controllership, financial and operations management as well as business planning and analysis.

Shyam is a great asset and driver in the change to more corporate reporting, controlling and finance systems.

Uma Devi Arumugam

Technical Director

Uma is the Technical Director for Aquaspersions Malaysia. She joined the company in January 2008. Her career growth path started as chemist in AQM, progressed through internal promotions to technical manager and operations manager in 2021 before taking new challenge as Technical Director in 2023.

This exposed her broadly in R&D, customer technical support, ISO certification and related matters, conduct and facilitate all non-finance audits, QA/QC related activities and managing plant operations.

Tan San Chaun

Business Director, China

Tan held several senior sales positions in Aquaspersions and is currently the business director for China since 2023. He has been a part of the Aquaspersions Malaysia team since 1999.

Tan leverages over 30 years of experience in synthetic latex, ABS, PVC, Latex dipping and mattress industries.  He is responsible to drive business growth and new sales in China.

Allis Khoo

Business Manager – “Dipping Industry”

Allis is the Business Manager responsible for the “dipping industry”. She joined Aquaspersions in 2022 bringing with her 15 years of experience in the glove, plastic, adhesive, and coating industries. Allis is responsible for sales and market development in the APAC region excluding China.

Patheryn Chong

Business Development and Sales Manager

Pat is the Business Development & Sales manager for non-dipping products. She joined AQM in 2022 with 20 years of experience in sales, business development & marketing in international companies.

Pat is driving the development of our product ranges in existing and new markets. Her professional approach in business development and marketing will accommodate diversifying our business model and support reaching our goals.

Nor’Aini Salleh

HR Manager

Nor is our HR Manager. She joined Aquaspersions Malaysia in 2021. Nor has more than 20 years experience in HR Management across various industries.

Nor worked with senior management and heads of department at group level to initiate, support, influence and implement new HR policies and practices.

Gunalan 

Senior Production Engineer

Gunalan is our senior Engineer.  He has been serving Aquaspersions Malaysia in the capacity of Senior Engineer for Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Projects.

He has worked for 14 years in the fields of project management, maintenance, continuous improvement, cost-efficient operation, and plant safety systems in a variety of industries, including the specialty chemicals, oil refining, and fast-moving consumer goods sectors.

Ahmad Zaki

Procurement Manager

Ahmad Zaki leads Aquaspersions procurement activities as Procurement Manager. He is focused on strategic procurement and fostering partnership with our valued vendors.

Zaki has more than 30 years’ experience in local and international procurement and supply chain management. Throughout his career, he has served several large local and multinational companies.
