Shyam is Head of Finance. He combines that position with the responsibility for administration and legal affairs. He joined Aquaspersions in early 2022 as the Head of Finance & IT.
He has previously held various senior finance positions over the span of 12 years with experience in accounting, controllership, financial and operations management as well as business planning and analysis.
Shyam is a great asset and driver in the change to more corporate reporting, controlling and finance systems.
Uma is the Technical Director for Aquaspersions Malaysia. She joined the company in January 2008. Her career growth path started as chemist in AQM, progressed through internal promotions to technical manager and operations manager in 2021 before taking new challenge as Technical Director in 2023.
This exposed her broadly in R&D, customer technical support, ISO certification and related matters, conduct and facilitate all non-finance audits, QA/QC related activities and managing plant operations.
Nathan has 25 years in sales – chemical, building material, plastics, and glove dipping - and 10 years in business management. His role is to lead and coordinate all current and new business activities for China and other parts of North Asia.
Adam has 23 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and business development within the chemical industry
He oversees a wide range of chemical products, covering the Dipping Business in Malaysia, Indonesia and PVC and ABS business in Southeast Asia.
Allis is the Business Manager responsible for the 'dipping industry'. She joined Aquaspersions in 2022 bringing with her 15 years of experience in the glove, plastic, adhesive, and coating industries.
Allis is responsible for sales and market development in the APAC region excluding China.
Nor is our HR Manager. She joined Aquaspersions Malaysia in 2021. Nor has more than 20 years experience in HR Management across various industries.
Nor worked with senior management and heads of department at group level to initiate, support, influence and implement new HR policies and practices.
Since 2021, Gunalan Taigharaja has been Aquaspersions Malaysia Senior Engineer for Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Projects. In 2022, Gunanlan was promoted to the position of Operations Manager.
With 15 years of experience in project management, maintenance, continuous improvement, cost-efficient operations and plant safety, Gunalan has worked across a variety of industries, including specialty chemicals, oil refining and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). His focus on optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe work environment has been integral to driving success in the projects he oversees.
As Operations Manager, Gunalan leads with a commitment to excellence, leveraging his technical expertise and leadership skills to streamline operations, enhance team performance, and achieve Aquaspersions Malaysia's organizational goals.
Ahmad Zaki leads Aquaspersions procurement activities as Procurement Manager. He is focused on strategic procurement and fostering partnership with our valued vendors.
Zaki has more than 30 years’ experience in local and international procurement and supply chain management. Throughout his career, he has served several large local and multinational companies.
